Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Andfjord Salmon Group AS ("Andfjord Salmon" or the "Company") on 20 April 2026 regarding the successful placing of new shares in the Company (the "Private Placement"), split into two tranches ("Tranche 1" and "Tranche 2", respectively). Reference is further made to the stock exchange announcement made by the Company on 30 April 2026 regarding the registration of the share capital pertaining to Tranche 1.

Tranche 2 consisted of 2,509,261 new shares (the "Tranche 2 Offer Shares").

The share capital increase related to the issuance of the Tranche 2 Offer Shares have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today, 5 June 2026. As a result, the Company's new registered share capital is NOK 121,191,981 divided into 121,191,981 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
