Appointed for new contract at the new Aker Hospital

Helse Sør-Øst RHF has appointed AF Decom, a company within AF Gruppen, for a contract covering site establishment and coordination as well as interior fit-out works at the new Aker Hospital. The agreement is valued at approximately NOK 155 million excluding VAT and will be executed as a general contract.
The contract’s main scope includes site establishment during the interior fit-out phase in the Somatics Building and the VDS/TS Building (housing energy and power supply systems) at the new Aker Hospital. Key services comprise maintaining clean and dry conditions throughout the construction phase, fire safety, waste management, and site logistics for material delivery and removal. Production is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2026, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2031.
